Dos and don’ts when trying to conceive

If you are trying to conceive or have just found out that you are pregnant, now it is time for you to start taking special care of yourself and getting your body ready for carrying the child until birth.

It is very important for you to eat five meals a day which include foods from all five food groups. Increasing the intake of milk and folic acid is essential.
