In addition to the lack of menstruation that occurs in all pregnant women at the beginning of pregnancy, other symptoms characteristic of this new state are changes in the breasts, nausea and vomiting, tiredness, the desire to urinate frequently, increased appetite, increased sensitivity to smell and aversion to certain foods.
