Reviews

The Google Business reviews on RMANY eastside office are mostly positive.

Liliana, for example, describes the atmosphere as welcoming, helpful, and warm. She was very content with the way Dr. Flisser explained the procedure in detail. Diana also had a positive experience with the doctor. She was able to ask a lot of questions and describes Dr. Flisser as warm and reassuring. Also, the monitoring hours were convenient and the patient never had to wait too long. However, the only thing that has room for improvement, is communication. Diana would like to get the chance to prepare herself better for the next consultation and be able to know what exactly is made. Another patient called Krisstal underwent two cycles and was able to get pregnant finally.

However, there is also one negative comment from Asel. The patient describes the financial department as unprofessional. They sent them the bill for ultrasound and consultation after 4 months. Furthermore, the financial coordinator didn't react to their request for the total out of pocket costs for IUI.

Location: how to get to the clinic?

As mentioned above, the RMA of New York has six different locations in the New York area and one in Mexico.

However, we only list the Manhattan Eastside location, as this clinic is the site of the RMA's own IVF laboratory.

The Eastside location of RMANY is located at 635 Madison Avenue, 10th floor, New York 10022.

The nearest airport is JFK International Airport and 30 minutes by car from the clinic. Follow I-678 N and take I-495 W to E 37th St. in Manhattan. On I-495 W take the Downtown exit. Follow 3rd Ave to Madison Ave.

Alternatively, you can also travel by public transportation such as AirTrain JKF Red. However, you will need to change trains several times and the trip takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.
