In order to be able to donate eggs, it is necessary for the woman to pass a series of medical and psychological tests to guarantee her health. In this way, it is intended to evaluate that the donors do not present any genetic, hereditary or infectious disease that could be transmissible to the offspring.
These medical tests include a complete gynecological study, blood tests, serology, a karyotype, a basic genetic screening (at least) and a psychological interview.
