To improve semen quality, experts recommend changing lifestyle habits to make them healthier. This includes:
- Eat a healthy and balanced diet, containing a high content of vitamins and antioxidants. These are acquired in diets rich in fruits and vegetables and help reduce the motility of harmful substances that accumulate in the sperm reservoir inside the testicles.
- Do moderate exercise since they maintain glycemic levels and lipid profile at normal levels. This prevents men from gaining weight, since the hormones become unbalanced and there is a greater predisposition to endocrine problems. - Food supplements, which help to provide the body with vitamins and antioxidants that man may not be able to take in through diet.
