During an interview, she explained the different parameters to define sperm quality: volume, concentration, mobility and morphology of sperm.
She also mentioned the fact that semen quality can vary from one day to the next. That is why, in case of poor results, it is recommended to repeat a spermogram one to three months later.
Finally, it is advisable to lead a healthy life and follow a balanced diet.
