The puerperium is a period that covers the first 6 weeks after delivery, or 8 weeks if the delivery was by cesarean section. During this time, the woman must recover, so she should take active rest.
Once the first two weeks postpartum have passed, you can begin to take walks with the baby, without forcing and taking breaks, since the intention is not to do sports but simply to move and activate a little.
