When the seminal values of morphology, mobility, concentration and vitality of the spermatozoa in a male are not those recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), the probability of pregnancy in a natural way is reduced. This is known as sperm factor male infertility.
Semen samples with low sperm concentration, poor motility and a large number of amorphous sperm should resort to assisted reproductive techniques to achieve pregnancy.
