On the positive side, we can see patients like Melissa that share that the clinic has made her experience very comfortable and easy, from insurance and billing to the medical team, doctors and nurses. Lynn also shares her experience, she is especially thankful to the nursing team that stood by her and was willing to answer all of the questions she may have.

On the negative side, we can see patients like Kelly that had trouble turning in several documents and therefore were not offered help or solution to their problem. Sasha explains how she has tried on several occasions to book an appointment but after sending the document that they asked she never heard back.
