Vitamin E is related to female fertility. Specifically, vitamin E levels in follicular fluid have been related to oocyte maturation.
On the other hand, vitamin E supplementation during ovarian stimulation with clomiphene citrate resulted in greater endometrial thickness than stimulation with clomiphene citrate alone in artificial insemination (AI) cycles.
However, in general, there is no recommendation to administer antioxidant treatment in infertile women.
