The consumption of oily fish (salmon, sardines, etc.) during pregnancy favors the adequate supply of Omega-3. This fatty acid is beneficial for brain development and to minimize gestational complications.

In addition, vitamins D, E and C are also important during pregnancy. However, not all pregnant women need to take vitamin supplements since the amounts ingested through food are sufficient.
