Among the main tests that the specialist may request from the woman in the fertility study, in addition to a gynecological examination and a cytology, are the following:
- Hormonal blood test.
- Transvaginal ultrasound.
- Karyotype.
- Hysterosalpingography or hysterosonosalpingography.
- Hysteroscopy.
- Endometrial biopsy.
However, not all of these tests are usually performed in the woman's fertility study, but rather the study is completed according to the clinical history and the results of the tests performed previously.
