The fourth month of pregnancy includes weeks 13, 14, 15 and 16 of gestation. The development of the foetus continues: it will grow from half an 8 cm to a length of up to 18 cm. It will also reach a weight of about 100g.
In particular, in the 14th week of pregnancy, the foetus' eyes will be wide apart and the arms will be more in proportion to the rest of the body. In addition, its intestine fills with meconium.
