After an embryo transfer, many patients have the same question: What can I eat during the beta wait?
There is no “miracle” food that improves embryo implantation or guarantees a positive result, but it is advisable to follow a balanced and healthy diet. Therefore, it is important to prioritize fruits and vegetables, nuts, fish rich in omega-3, and legumes.
Similarly, it’s recommended to avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine. It’s also not advisable to eat raw or undercooked foods during the beta wait, just as it’s not during pregnancy.
