If after performing a seminogram and various complementary tests it is concluded that the male presents immunological infertility due to the presence of antispermatozoa antibodies (ASA), it will be necessary to take certain measures to achieve pregnancy.
One option is to follow an immunosuppressive therapy with corticosteroids to try to reduce the amount of ASA. Another alternative would be to resort to assisted reproductive techniques, but previously performing a seminal lavage.
