The term infertility of unknown origin (ODE) refers to the inability to achieve pregnancy despite all fertility tests being normal. Therefore, there is no apparent cause preventing pregnancy.
In the case of the woman, her menstrual cycles are regular and she does not have any uterine abnormalities. In addition, the woman has a good ovarian reserve and her fallopian tubes are permeable.
The same is true for men. The results of the semen analysis are normal and the sperm quality is good.
