After a cauterization of the cervix, the patient must have a series of care and attend to the following recommendations:
- Avoid sexual intercourse.
- Do not use tampons, douche or bathe.
- Do not practice sports intensely.
In addition, it will be necessary to follow these instructions for several weeks. The reason is to favor the healing of the cervix after the intervention, to avoid bleeding.
