There are different therapeutic approaches to treating cryptozoospermia, depending on the cause. In some cases, hormone treatment is necessary to stimulate the testicles to produce sperm.
Another option is to perform surgery on the male if the cryptozoospermia is caused by a varicocele, for example.
Finally, natural treatments and a healthy lifestyle are always advisable to improve sperm quality. However, the effect of these treatments for cryptozoospermia is not high.
