When recurrent implantation failure occurs, certain alterations in endometrial receptivity and the window of implantation appear to be more frequent. In fact, a higher probability of finding a pre-receptive endometrium has been found in patients with repeated implantation failures.
A result of a pre-receptive endometrium in the endometrial receptivity test means that the window of implantation is displaced and, in this case, it would be necessary to wait a little longer to perform the embryo transfer at the ideal moment of maximum endometrial receptivity.
