What are the chances of Down syndrome with donor eggs?

Egg donation pregnancies have lower rates of complications, including miscarriage and Down syndrome. You should keep in mind that the donor is younger and her oocytes are able to produce embryos with lower chances of having chromosomal abnormalities.
