Foods rich in vitamin A and vitamin C

The quality of semen depends, to a large extent, on the male's diet.

For example, vitamin A is a good antioxidant, as well as being essential for the production of sex hormones. Foods such as milk, eggs, cheese or meat have a high vitamin A concentration. However, these foods should not be abused because they have a high concentration of cholesterol and saturated fats that would not benefit the patient.

Another example would be vitamin C, which can be found in foods such as citrus fruits, red peppers, garlic, almonds, etc. This vitamin helps to improve sperm motility, but also to reduce sperm chromosomal failures.
