Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is part of the B complex and is of great help in improving the motility of sperm to be able to reach the egg and fertilize it. In addition, vitamin B12 prevents, as far as possible, sperm fragmentation.
This vitamin is found in large quantities in foods such as eggs, poultry, seafood, meat, milk, etc.
