European laws on egg donation

Hi,

we are looking for egg donation treatment in Europe. Can you suggest me any country that legally allowes for egg donation to be performed? I know there’s no unilateral law on ART and some countries forbid the performance of suchs treatments. We are mainly looking for eastern European countries due to cost reasons.
What’s the legal situation in Russia, Czech Republik, Poland and the Ukraine? If it’s legally possible, do foreigners have access, too?

first of all- all mentioned countries are legally in favor off egg donation. However, there might be different conditions on the anonymity and compensation of egg donors.
