Zero sperm motility

I have been diagnosed with a rare condition of zero sperm motility. I have been using clomid but there is no change in it. My harmone tests are normal after taking clomid but its not reflected in motility. There is no variocele / infection. My urologist said the root cause fir zero sperm motility is not clear. Can someone confirm if they come across any such scenario and possible cure for this.

When most or all of the sperm are immotile, it is known as asthenozoospermia. It is important to differentiate whether the sperm are immotile or dead.

If the only affected sperm parameter is motility, there are multiple causes, although it is possible to achieve pregnancy thanks to assisted reproduction techniques.
