Although FSH drugs are quite safe and have few side effects, they also have some drawbacks. For example, this type of medication can cause ovarian hyperstimulation in women, an allergic reaction or cause multiple pregnancy. In addition, the cost of FSH drugs is quite high.
For this reason, and as with other types of medication, FSH drugs should only be administered under medical prescription and following the guidelines recommended by the specialist.
