Nowadays, several external factors and daily situations can affect male fertility by reducing the number of sperm produced in the testicles.
Some of the most common factors are:
- Environmental pollutants such as street drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
- Cancer treatments, like chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- Laptop use, as it can raise scrotal temperature
- Mobile phone radiation
- Too tight clothes and or incorrect saddle position when cycling
