A person with complete Morris syndrome has the appearance and physical characteristics of a woman. In many cases, these women also have a tall, attractive figure. Their breasts develop normally and have narrow hips.
Other symptoms are: little pubic and armpit hair, short vagina, absence of uterus and ovaries, testicular atrophy, etc.
