Lifestyle and PCOS

Overweight and obesity are frequently linked to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). In these cases, especially when the BMI is over 28, it is advisable to lose weight.

It is essential to be consistent and make a change of habits towards a healthier diet. Exercising or at least walking for 30 minutes every day can also help to reduce weight.

Losing weight can be beneficial in restoring menstrual cycles, as well as other manifestations of PCOS.
