Reviews
The reviews on Google Business about New Direction Fertility Centers are very positive.
Lindsey, for example, describes the patient's care as incredible. Dr. Amol and his staff answer all questions, and they treat their patients with respect and understanding. Angela highlights the messaging system of the clinic. It was always easy to get appointments scheduled. She also recommends the acupuncture which she describes as very relaxing. Another user Mike was able to get a baby boy with his wife. According to his opinion, Dr. Almos sets the bar higher and higher and considers the organization above standard. While you have to wait to see the doctor, it is still worth the wait.
However, there is also a negative comment from Nicole. She describes the customer service and communication as horrible. She wanted to call to confirm her appointment time and found out she was never scheduled as some of the forms were missing she had to fill out before.
