According to information found on their website this center is accessible with the New York State Infertility Demonstration program, which can help with costs to eligible patients, and they have a list of insurers that they accept on their financial page.

Location: how to get to the clinic?
NYRW has it´s own building on South Oyster Bay Road, and there is a parking lot adjecent for their patients.
If driving to the clinic it is easily found off the Long Island Expressway I-495. Take exit 43A onto South Oyster Bay Road and the clinic is right by this intersection. For arrival using the Northern State Parkway, take exit 36S which is the intersection with Osyter Bay Road and head north for about 0.2 miles, with the clinic being on your left.
If using public transport, the Syosset train station is 2.3 miles away and the n79 bus line stops on nearby Woodbury Road, with several stops being about 1.4 miles from the clinic.
