Before injecting the Ovitrelle drug, the pen must be pre-filled with the needle. To do this, first remove the cap from the pen. Then take the outer case of the needle and remove the sealing tab very carefully. This outer needle sleeve should be screwed onto the preloaded pen until the needle is securely fastened.
