Age to become a mother

The biological clock is in charge of determining some aspects of humans, such as motherhood. Thanks to advances in science, it is possible to delay the age to become a mother. This means that a woman's biological clock can be stopped by preserving her fertility, that is, by vitrifying her young eggs. Thus, when the woman decides to fulfill her desire to become a mother, she can devitrify these eggs and undergo in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. However, these oocytes maintain the same characteristics as when they were cryopreserved, so the possibility of pregnancy will be similar to if she had become pregnant at that time.

In any case, it should be noted that a woman's reproductive capacity is reduced as time goes by. The quantity and quality of her eggs decreases, especially after the age of 35.
