Preeclampsia is a complication of pregnancy that, fortunately, is not very common. Some of its most common symptoms are hypertension, the presence of protein in the urine or the appearance of edema.
It is sometimes difficult to diagnose correctly since it can produce symptoms that are common during the gestation period. Any type of treatment must be supervised by a specialist.
