Miscarriage is the loss of pregnancy before 20 weeks and most often occurs during the first trimester of pregnancy. Among the symptoms that can occur when there is a threat of miscarriage are vaginal bleeding and pain in the abdomen.
Therefore, if the pregnant woman notices any of these symptoms, she should immediately consult a specialist. In this way, the gynecologist will be able to assess the situation because, although it is sometimes inevitable, a threatened miscarriage does not always end in gestational loss.
