Female fertility is closely related to a woman's age. In the mid-30s, women's reproductive capacity begins to decline.
This is why the general recommendation to go to an infertility clinic if a pregnancy is not achieved after 1 year of unprotected sexual intercourse, is reduced to 6 months in cases where the woman is older than 35 years.
