The most important thing a woman should keep in mind when she discovers she is pregnant is that she will have to modify her lifestyle to maintain a healthy pregnancy and avoid problems in the fetus.
The first thing to do is to make changes in your diet and avoid those harmful products. Toxic habits such as tobacco and alcohol should also be forgotten until after childbirth.
On the other hand, practicing some sport or moderate exercise helps the woman to support the pregnancy in a better way.
