The most important thing for a woman to keep in mind when she discovers she is pregnant is that she is going to have to modify her lifestyle to maintain a healthy pregnancy and avoid problems in the fetus.
The first thing to do is to make dietary changes and avoid harmful products. Toxic habits such as tobacco and alcohol should also be forgotten until after delivery.
On the other hand, practicing some sport or moderate exercise helps the woman to endure pregnancy in a better way. In addition, resting well and wearing comfortable clothes are other tips to be applied by pregnant women.
