There is no miracle cure to increase blood testosterone levels. However, there are certain daily habits that can help. For example, eating a healthy and balanced diet that includes healthy fats such as omega-3, avocado, and nuts is beneficial since the testosterone hormone is synthesized from cholesterol.
In addition, practicing strength sports such as weightlifting and sleeping at least 6 hours also provide advantages. Similarly, stress management is also useful, because if the stress hormone (cortisol) increases, testosterone levels will decrease.
