After an assisted reproduction treatment, the failure to achieve pregnancy could be related to a more diverse endometrial flora (endometrial microbiome), with the presence of bacteria such as Prevotella and Corynebacterium.
In contrast, an endometrium with a greater presence of lactobacilli would be more favorable to allow embryo implantation.
