Ovulation occurs approximately 14 days after the first day of menstruation.
The fertile days are from 3 days before ovulation until the day after. Therefore, if you are looking for pregnancy, it is advisable to have sex on the most fertile days, that is, around the time of ovulation. Women with irregular cycles will find it more difficult to know when ovulation will occur.
