Taking care of your diet during pregnancy is essential and, therefore, you should follow a healthy and balanced diet with a variety of foods. However, there are certain types of food that should be avoided during pregnancy.
For example, pregnant women should eat meat, but it is not advisable to eat liver or undercooked meats. For this reason, it is also not advisable for pregnant women to eat sausages, as this would increase the risk of infections.
