Although headaches, nausea, abdominal pain or discomfort in the lungs are the most common complaints during pregnancy, many women also experience pain during embryo implantation. This does not mean that if you don't feel anything during the first weeks of pregnancy, something is wrong.
At other times, there are women who feel pain in their legs or contractions. However, these contractions are not labour contractions, they just go away and are not regular.
