Generally, the comments are positive, for example, Shannon explains how she felt taken care of, she felt that the organization with the office was effective and the whole staff offered assistance if she needed it. Kristen also shares opinions about the ambiance of the clinic, which she says was professional and compassionate.

However, there also is a negative comment that talks about the dr. bedside manners, they didn't feel heard and had hyperstimulation and had to cancel her cycle. She felt like she wasn't supported thru the process and no one explained what was going on.
