One of the problems related to seminal volume is aspermia, which is the lack of ejaculate. In these situations, it is important to diagnose the cause. This may be due, for example, to the following:
- Retrograde ejaculation: the ejaculate does not go out, but goes towards the bladder.
- Obstruction or absence of any of the ejaculatory ducts.
