AI has the advantage of being a low complexity and low cost assisted reproduction technique. In addition, the insemination process is performed in the doctor's office itself, so it does not require anesthesia and is not painful.
On the other hand, unlike in vitro fertilization (IVF), the amount of hormonal mediation to be administered to the patient is much lower. This is because only one or two follicles are required to perform an insemination.
