A chemical pregnancy does not affect the chances of becoming pregnant again in the future or the fertility of the woman.
On the contrary, having had a chemical pregnancy means that your gametes have been able to create an embryo, and that your uterus was in the right conditions for embryo implantation. For this reason, the chances are that you're able to conceive again without complications once you start ovulating again.
