The price of an in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment can vary from one fertility center to another, although it typically ranges from €3,500 to €5,500. However, if an additional technique is required, this cost would increase depending on the test.
For example, a sperm DNA fragmentation test would cost between €200 and €350. However, if a testicular biopsy were necessary to attempt to retrieve sperm directly from the testicle, it would incur an additional cost of €900–€1,400.
In other cases, due to previous implantation failures and/or recurrent miscarriages, an immunological study is required. Its price is around €1,000.
