The cost of an IVF treatment varies greatly depending on the fertility clinic where it is performed and the services that are included.
The price range for IVF is between 10,000 and 15,000 dollars in the U.S. and the services that are always included are monitoring during ovarian stimulation, follicular puncture, sperm capacitation, egg fertilization, embryo culture and embryo transfer.
On the other hand, services that may not be included and that increase the cost of IVF are hormonal medication, embryo freezing, subsequent embryo transfers and other complementary techniques. However, there are centers that can include some of these services in the initial budget, so they should be carefully reviewed.
