Success rates of IVF with frozen embryos

According to the latest report published by the Spanish Fertility Society (SEF) back in 2015, the success rates of IVF per Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) are quite similar to those using fresh embryos.

The success rates per transfer of day-3 fresh embryos is 36.4%, whilst the success rates per transfer of day-3 frozen embryos is 35.8%.

As for blastocyst embryo transfers, while the pregnancy rate per transfer of fresh blastocysts is 46.9%, the rate of success with frozen blastocysts is 41.5%.
