In women with severe grade III or grade IV endometriosis, as well as in patients who have previously undergone unsuccessful cycles of in vitro fertilization (IVF) with their own eggs, egg donation is recommended.
IVF with egg donation is also the recommended fertility treatment for women with endometriosis and poor egg quality, as well as for those where ovarian puncture is difficult due to the presence of adhesions.
